We rented a Ford Nugget campervan for 5 days and took it up to the Lakes.
We noted any wear and tear on the vehicle before we set off, taking photographs as a precaution.
We were walked through all the necessary user instructions and away we went!
The trip was fantastic, the roof bed was comfortable, the kitchen was very usable and I plan to rent again! There’s only one criticism I had- why charge for external table and chairs when they come with the van as standard?
We returned the van in good condition (as it was when we took it), so it was inspected and off we went.

I was over from New Zealand visiting family in Malvern for 9 weeks and needed to hire a car on several occasions - periods ranged from 2 - 10 days. The first time I hired a manual Ford Focus, loved it, easy to drive and spotless. I requested the same car for my other hire dates but was told that it was being replaced by a brand new model so I could have that one instead and I thought the other one was practically new! Obviously the new car was also a dream to drive and immaculate. Chris and Richard were great to deal with I will definitely be using this company again when I visit in 2024. Very professional and look to help. We had a vehicle booked in for four tyres. As a result of a health check the young man who owned the car found out his mot had expired and that the vehicle also needed further work. It was nice that Ian rang around and as a result, the original quote for repairs dropped considerably. All helps. Thank you

Well impressed. These guys worked on my car back in October for the MOT. No problems at the time, fair price paid etc. Had to take it back today for a defective part (no fault of their own), and they remedied the problem with absolutely no quibble or argument or fee. That's rare these days. Top marks. Thank you.
Had four new tyres fitted. Reasonable price. Done a few hundred motorway miles on them, no issues, wheels appear to be well balanced.
